Do I need to sign in to use the free plan?

Our free plan is available to everyone. You can access most of our data and analytics without signing in. However, signing in via Google OAuth provides benefits like saving your preferences and receiving personalized updates.

What login methods do you support?

We use Google OAuth as our sole authentication method. This means you can only log in using your Google account, and we do not store your password on our servers.

Do I need to pay to use CWS Database?

No, many of our features are available for free. However, upgrading to a paid plan unlocks additional functionalities such as advanced analytics, data export options, and more in-depth insights.

What is your refund guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with our premium plan, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at admin@cws-database.com with your order details and any feedback to help us improve our service.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the billing period. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, we will provide a prorated refund where applicable.

Do you offer API access?

Currently, we do not offer programmatic API access. However, we are planning to introduce API access in the near future, so please stay tuned for updates.

How often do you refresh your data?

We refresh our data on a daily basis to ensure you receive the most current insights. Please note, however, that occasional changes to the Google Webstore's appearance may require us to update our parsers, which could cause temporary delays in our data refresh cycle.

Why might some older data be missing?

CWS Database launched in 2024. Data from before our launch may not be available, as our data collection began at that time.

How do I manage or change my subscription?

You can use the Manage Subscription feature in your account dashboard to modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
